What is RoomMember?
RoomMember keeps a permanent, structured record of your home — paint colors, appliance model numbers, warranty dates, contractor history, and more — organized by Property, Room, and Item, with photos and documents attached right where they belong.
How do I share a property with someone else?
Open a property and tap the share icon in the toolbar. This uses Apple's standard iCloud sharing sheet, so you can invite someone by Messages, Mail, or a copy-able link. Sharing is part of RoomMember Complete.
How do I add a photo, PDF, or web link to something?
Every property, room, item, and fact has an Attachments section. You can add a photo, a document (like a manual or warranty PDF), or a web link at any time — including while you're still creating something new, not just afterward.
What's included with RoomMember Complete?
RoomMember Complete is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes the free-tier limits on properties, rooms, and items, and unlocks sharing your home with others.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
Your data lives in your own private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit, synced across your devices. It is never sold or shared with third parties. If you share a property, only the people you explicitly invite can see it.
